On November 19th, Vancouver’s citizens will be asked to vote for candidates and parties who have various views on the issues and challenges that Vancouver will be facing. Additionally, citizens will also be given the chance to vote on a capital plan (a funding strategy for the development of the city’s infrastructure over the next 3 years).
